Challenge
JBL is a leading audio brand with a long-standing relationship with music.
But in a world where high-quality sound has become the norm,
sound quality is increasingly difficult to explain or visualize.
The challenge was to make music lovers truly feel the quality of JBL sound—
without technical specs,
without product talk,
only through emotion.
Idea
Hijack the sky at the most powerful moment of music—
right in the middle of a live concert performance.
A swarm of drones rises above the stage,
forming words in the sky that express the core meaning of the song being played.
Not the song title.
Not the artist’s name.
But the emotion and message the music is delivering to the audience in that moment.
Execution
The sky message appears without prior announcement,
creating a shared, unexpected moment
where the entire crowd stops, looks up,
and instinctively reaches for their phones.
Sound from the stage and visuals in the sky
